Rum Raisin Scotchies
It all begins in our kitchen where we steep raisins in a blend of Jamaican Rum and Mexican Vanilla. Once ready, the homemade rum raisins are blended into a batter of butterscotch chips and oats and finished with a butterscotch drizzle to create a delicious twist on a traditional Oatmeal Raisin Cookie.
